  2. I like this cookware I like this cookware. I was a line cook for 2 years at a very busy restaurant in my younger days, so I am used to cooking with stainless steel. Many other reviews talk about stuff sticking to them, and you can’t use spray type cooking oils. Not true. Stainless cookware requires being preheated for best performance.
