Consuming Heavy Metals is not part of my diet. i enjoyed the large surface area of the pans, able to fit a lot of potatoes (fried potatoes) at one time.i recently am having health issues that lead me to examine things I’ve overlooked. this is a review of the BakingSheets (BS) not a health seminar so i will sum it my simply saying i am now eliminating anything potentially contributing to having heavy metals in my system. i am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues but i will no longer be using these…

I have go thru a few other sheets pans looking for a sturdy one to accompany my old beat up one Yes, you can use this under a broiler or at 450+ degree F to roast vegetables, and yes, cooked-on oil comes clean and doesn’t affect the stickiness of the pan. USA Pan worked better I ordered both these Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there’s no difference in age etc. I baked gingerbread cookies, and as you can see the ones baked on the Nordicwear pans cracked and I needed a spatula to scrape them off and some of the bottoms were left on the pan whereas the USA Pan cookies baked smooth and came off easily without a spatula needed.
