Consuming Heavy Metals is not part of my diet. i enjoyed the large surface area of the pans, able to fit a lot of potatoes (fried potatoes) at one time.i recently am having health issues that lead me to examine things I’ve overlooked. this is a review of the BakingSheets (BS) not a health seminar so i will sum it my simply saying i am now eliminating anything potentially contributing to having heavy metals in my system. i am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues but i will no longer be using these…

I have go thru a few other sheets pans looking for a sturdy one to accompany my old beat up one Yes, you can use this under a broiler or at 450+ degree F to roast vegetables, and yes, cooked-on oil comes clean and doesn’t affect the stickiness of the pan. This is all aluminum, with (allegedly) steel around the edges so it doesn’t warp at high temperatures. USA Pan worked better I ordered both these Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there’s no difference in age etc. I baked gingerbread cookies, and as you can see the ones baked on the Nordicwear pans cracked and I needed a spatula to scrape them off and some of the bottoms were left on the pan whereas the USA Pan cookies baked smooth and came off easily without a spatula needed.
