Recently I needed to replace my stainless steel set of Cook’s Essentials cookware that has served me well for 20 years.   2. Love the pans and fix if they get discolored. I love this set. It is one of the best sets I have owned. The quality of these pans is amazing they feel like a set worth 2 or 3 times the price. I have not had any major issue with these pans and they have lasted longer than any set I have owned. One things I have noticed that has happened to the pans is they get discolored when they go through the dishwasher or when it is on the stove for a long time at high heat, sometimes.
