Piece of crap. Although I’ve had this product for over 6 months I have only I’d it a handful of times. I had it on medium heat for about 5 minutes on the stove top with gas and put in some sort ribs to brown before added liquid to braise in the oven and the enamel coating exploded off the side all over the meat. I was not using excessive heat for this to happen. I have had other similar products in the past and have not had this problem. This is a cheap version of this cookware. Pay a little more for…
