All-Clad D3 Tri-Ply Bonded Cookware Set, Pots and Pans Set, 10 Piece, Dishwasher Safe Stainless Steel, Silver

A useful and versatile array of everyday essentials, this All-Clad Stainless 401488RR 10-piece cookware set includes 8-Inch and 10-Inch fry pans, 2-Quart and 3 covered sauce pans, a 3-Quart covered sauté pan, and an 8 quart covered stockpot. All-Clad’s Stainless 3-ply cookware features a thick-gauge aluminum core that attracts heat fast, while the addition of stainless steel ensures even heat distribution for consistent results across the entire cooking surface, all the way to the rim. Even more, its stainless-steel interior with a starburst finish offers natural stick resistance, letting you know when food is ready to release, and it won’t react with ingredients, so there’s no risk of food picking up a metallic taste. Made in the USA, this stainless-steel cookware offers warp-resistant strength and dishwasher-safe convenience, plus it can be used on any cooktop, including induction. Discover what it means to cook with All-Clad’s most popular cookware collection—All-Clad Stainless is a classic choice for anyone who loves to cook. All-Clad recommends low to medium heat for frying, braising, sautéing and simmering because All-Clad is ideally crafted to hold heat. For daily cleaning, warm, soapy water is sufficient. Clean your All-Clad thoroughly after each use. Food films left on the pan may cause discoloration and sticking. To get rid of stuck-on food or discolouration, and stains from using too high a heat, we recommend cleaning your All-Clad with a specialist stainless steel cleaning product called ‘Bar Keeper’s Friend’. To use the Bar Keeper’s Friend, simply use a soft cloth or sponge and water and make into a soupy paste. This can be used on the interior, as well as the exterior of your All-Clad. If your water has high iron content, you may notice a rusty discolouration. Use ‘Bar Keeper’s Friend’ to remove this.

  1. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! Protect your investment! I have finally learned my lesson after purchasing this set: please note that even though these state that they are dishwasher safe, they really aren’t. This is because of the Tri-poly layering, so there is a very thin layer of aluminum that is exposed along the rims. Especially on any pan that has a rolled edge. Any exposed aluminum that is put in the dishwasher will corrode due to the harsh detergents used in dishwashers. It doesn’t matter what type you use (we’ve tried them…

  2. These are great…expensive but a great investment. I am no one special. I’m just your average guy who really likes to cook and eat. I’ve gotten very good at it after a lot of practice. And if I can, anyone can. Good cookware can be a huge component of this, and I am about to urge you to spend more money on a set like All-Clad, which I believe is as good as cooking gets. No one likes having his or her food come out burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside, or one side being more cooked than the other due to burner `hot spotting’. Good…

  3. First usage – handle cracked I bought All Clad because of the reputation. Everything seemed as it should – bright, shiny, solid. First use of the 3qt sauce pan, while cooking rice, highlighted a defect in the handle. Normally I wouldn’t care. I have a special living circumstance that makes this little issue more than inconvenient.Step one: had to register for the product warranty with my US mailing address. EU is not accepted.Step two: use product – in this case, cook some rice to accompany my lunch…
