  1. For Gen Y and Younger? It is clear I am not the target audience for this book. I bought it based on the reviews, hoping for some shared cooking ideas for a supper club, but it is definitely written for young and inexperienced entertainers. I can see that it might be helpful starting out. I do like the tips about two or more people working in the same preparation space, and there are some fun-looking recipes. But most of the checklists are pretty basic, directed at someone who has never planned three consecutive steps…
