It was very heavy so I made sure to handle carefully.   3. Perfect for bacon Oh my goodness, I was so surprised when the bacon cooked up flat and nothing in the pan spit burning grease at me. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now, and it’s great. We like our bacon crispy (but not burnt) and this pan does that so quickly (and on a lower heat setting), it’s amazing.
