I used it to make an event a little more memorable and fun, and admittedly took the opportunity to sneak in something healthy while I distracted with flavor, shape, color, texture, and presentation.   3. This pan has worked well for so far for cupcakes, muffins, and pumpkin bread. The results have been consistently cute, and the only time they didn’t release properly was when *I* did not follow the stated directions. I highly recommend using the recommended flour/oil spray. When I do that I have consistent results.The gluten free pumpkin bread I made had good releasing results with a nice layer of coconut oil.
