Emeril Lagasse 14 Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set With Copper Core, Induction Compatible, Dishwasher Safe, Silver

In my Emeril Lagasse stainless steel with copper core cookware you have the beauty of stainless steel with the added bonus of an aluminum base bottom surrounding a copper core. This means that the cooking surface heats up quickly and the heat is exceptionally well-distributed. These pots and pans are also ready to go from either conventional or induction stovetops straight to the oven and then for quick clean up, they are dishwasher-safe. Tempered glass lids make it easy to monitor cooking without lifting the lid and losing precious steam. Perhaps my favorite feature about this set, however, is the pour spouts and straining lids which work together to allow draining of cooking liquids without removing the lids. There is even more to love in this 14-piece set. From making pan sauces, cooking small meals for one or two, creating a multi-course meal for a family or entertaining for a crowd — this exclusive collection of pans of all shapes and sizes makes setting up a kitchen a breeze.

  1. Very disappointed in these pots and pans Very disappointed in these pots and pans. They stained and pitted from the very first time I used them. They are discolored and I’ve tried various ways to clean them but nothing worked. My cheap Tramontina pans looked better after many years of use than these do after one week. All the pan sizes were smaller scale than I anticipated. It’s a good thing I usually just cook for my husband and myself. They would not be good for cooking family size meals. Even the largest pot is a good deal…

  2. I was delighted to find this set still existed I generally don’t write reviews, but for this I have to. 10 years ago, prior to moving to Riviera Maya Mexico, we purchased this same set. After 10 years of heavy duty use, pro chef here, it was time for a new set. The old set was showing wear, copper was separating from the bases, two glass lids lost over the years due to me dropping them. So, time for anew set. I was delighted to find this set still existed, with some minor changes and upgrades. Reading some of the negative reviews made me…

  3. Disappointment is a polite understatement. I bought this set to replace an older similar Emeril set; given away after a move. The old set was good quality for the price and never discolored or pitted, cleaned easily, and had screws instead of rivets. I wish I had not chosen this new set based on that past experience. As long as it cooked and cleaned as well as the old set, I could let the rivets slide. However, I used two pans per instructions. With first use on low-medium heat (4 on an electric stove), two pans…
