  1. I’m on the fence with these pans…. We like these pans and the whole kit comes with a lot of stuff. The pans feel fairly solid, a little lacking in the handle but the pans themselves seem pretty good. Season these things properly and maintain them the way you are supposed to and they are easy to use.I found a few small flaws in the surfaces of a few, but that really doesn’t bother me that much. I think you’ll find that to be the case in most pans that are going to be affordable for the normal home use…
