  1. I found that the fry pans should be treated like cast iron pans and seasoned After reading all the reviews, I was a bit leary of the pans. What scared me was the reports of everything sticking in the fry pans. But, I bought them because there aren’t many pans for induction cooking and over all these were worth a try. When I received them I did a little research. I found that the fry pans should be treated like cast iron pans and seasoned. Put oil in them, heat them up until they smoke then let them cool down.
