  1. Good pans, cheap rivets. So, I’m a chef. I bought this product with high hopes. Cuisinart is a great brand, and has been for years. The pots and pans themselves are great. The stainless steel is of very decent quality. However… the rivets that they used to attach the handles onto the cookware are made of cheap crap.   2. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I absolutely love this cookware! Right off the bat I burned some sauce in one of the pans-I know, just my luck-but no big deal. I followed the directions and it cleaned up perfectly! I have never had food cook so evenly as it does in this cookware and clean up is a breeze.
