  1. Pan peeling nonstick coat on arrival I was really looking forward to using this cookware set. I boil things all the time that need draining, and thought this set would make cooking dinner much easier every night. So the first pan that I opened was the 3 qt covered saucepan that I would be using most often. There was a little bump on the pouring side, so I rubbed it with my finger. Instead of being just an odd imperfection that doesn’t affect anything, the nonstick coating started peeling off in two spots. I was very…

I had to replace my old “set” (set was really miscellaneous pans cobbled together over the last 40 years – different brands Revereware, Calphalon, Farberware, etc) because we bought a new conduction range so needed conduction capable pans.   3. OK but not great given cost Overall these are OK pans, but they are really over-priced for what you get. My complaints are as follows:1. The pans have a pattern of circular indentation rings running from the center out to the edge on the inside bottom of each pan (like a really tight pattern of bulls-eye circles). Generally not an issue for the sauce pans, but in the fry pans food tends to stick in these grooves. Not good.2. The 12″ French Skillet (the large, straight side fry pan) wore out after 2…
