I have waited too long to treat myself to the best and picked a great time to do it.   3. Fantastic set, but use microfiber drying towels to avoid micro scratches We bought this set over a year ago, and am so glad I spent extra on this high-end set. (The last set from Caphalon was about $400 on sale, but they quickly looked shabby. Fortunately they didn’t work with the new induction stovetop!)
